Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with Law N° 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy in Rwanda.

What we collect

• Account and order details: name, e-mail, phone number, delivery address.
• Payment references from mobile-money providers (never your PIN).
• For artists: profile information, uploaded artwork and payout account details (stored encrypted).
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.

Why we use it

• To process, produce and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To pay artists and printing partners.
• To keep the platform secure and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Printing partners receive only what they need to produce and ship an order (recipient name, phone and address). Payment providers receive the phone number and amount needed to collect payment. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Rwandan law requires personal data to be stored in Rwanda unless the supervisory authority authorises otherwise. Our hosting arrangements are configured accordingly before launch.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us via the support form.

Retention

Order and financial records are kept for the period required by Rwandan tax law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
