Returns & refunds

Every item is printed specially for you, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will always put things right when something goes wrong.

When we reprint or refund

  • The item arrived damaged or with a print defect.
  • You received the wrong item, colour or size.
  • Your order did not arrive within the estimated time plus 7 days.
  • We could not produce your order.

How to request

Signed-in customers can request a refund from the order page in their account within 14 days of delivery. Guests can contact support with the order number and photos of the problem.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the mobile-money number or method used for payment, normally within 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail when the refund is processed.
